Yvonne J. Pettiford lives in Arizona with her husband, Rev. Larry Pettiford.  She has taught elementary students for several years in the public school system.

     She enjoys reading mystery books to her students and for many years has had the desire to write her own books for kids to read and enjoy.

     Not only is she an author and educator, but she is also an ordained minister along with her husband.       

     She desires that children of all ages have a love for reading and writing.
